HI GUYS im very worried because  for two weeks im trying to access the  NVC wed side  to pay the fees but every time show this; the selected  case number and invoice identification number combination does not    mach  our records  .I called all this week every day  and  after 30 minutes they answer the phone  explain my situation but  told me they have  a technical problems  .

If some one have the same problem please help me to understand what's going on and if some one did another alternative way to pay fees this for immigrant my wife  I appreciate your help .

I faced same problem initially but after a month i guess was able to login

i called nvc once emailed them twice at that time inorder to report the issue

it takes time but keep calling and bugging them
