Hi. We just applied for our daughter's crba and I just have a concern regarding the proof of physical presence. It says that the US parent must be in the US for 5 years and 2 of which are after the age of 14. We submitted 5 years worth of tax returns ,w2's and old US passport but no school records since we couldn't find his transcripts. Would that be okay? Or would that be a cause for denial? He's a naturalized citizen btw.
