We got ours by email. It goes to the petitioner normally and we waited for 8 weeks

Thank you...I called NVC and they told me there is a note that said the embassy sent it but we never received it.. they gave me a number to call but I already know how frustrating the embassy can be.

Please my fiancee got the email from NVC  on Jan. 22, 2019 that the package was being sent to the Ghana consulate.

We haven't heard anything from the US consulate in Ghana about the package.

Did you go ahead to schedule the interview before package 3/4 before scheduling the interview

or you went ahead to schedule the interview.

No dont schedule, we scheduled because the ceac website said it was ready but the embassy hadn't written to us so my fiance went to the interview and they told him to wait till he gets an email. We got an email like 2 days after that and we then had to go back n schedule another interview.. the pac 3 from embassy takes about 6 to 8 weeks to get. Its frustrating but u just have to wait. Ours came in an email form to me the petitioner. They received our file dec 31st n we got the email march 1st

With respect tot he CAEC website,
their schedule is way behind what is actually happening in our case

For example according to the status from CAEC, our RFE is now being reviewed,

meanwhile we have had confirmation of approval for NOA 2 and letter from NVC.

Was yours always in sync with what was actually happening?

Hmm well it wasn't insync with the embassy but it was in sync with nvc. Im not sure ceac website talks about rfe , our rfe status was on the uscis website. But on the ceac website it said case ready but it still took embassy 8 weeks to write us.

How long does it take to obtain the police report

and also which hospitals are designated for medical report in Ghana

and how long does it take after the medical examination

We did it in advance because we didn't know we had to wait for pak 3 but u can get the police report. As for the medical you have to have a interview date before u can do it. Because u will need to go with ur interview confirmation form.
