Hello friends,

I sent my AOS package via fedex on Jan 25th 2019 and FedEx tracking app shows that they delivered on Jan 31st, however, the USCIS-Chicago Office was closed on 31st because of the heavy snow! I am nervous about if USCIS really got my package. It says on FedEx’s app that the package was delivered to the mailroom and signed by J. Robinson.

Is there a way I can check with USCIS?

If you haven't already, consider setting up an account with USCIS. Sometimes the online system can give you good information about the status of your petition/application.
