I just received three Notice mails - All about 

( we receive your case ) and the fees 

 

what should i do next please ? 

 

They said verify yiur personal information!

how I can do that ?

 

im sorry that’s my first time and I didn’t hire attorney, please help ?

• If the personal info on the notices is correct then you do nothing just wait for a biometrics notice; you should receive the biometrics notice within 45 days. EAD/AP takes about 5-7 months on average. GC interview varies wildly based on your local office but its 10-18 months on average.
• If the personal info is incorrect then call USCIS at 800-375-5283.

What forms did you send? Did you also include the optional but free I-131 for Advance Parole?

Yes I did send it as well

So you sent:

• I-485 packet (including I-864 and supporting documents)
• I-130 petition (including I-130A by you if this a marriage based AOS)
• free I-765 for EAD
• free I-131 for AP

But only received 3 receipt notices, not 4 notices?

In the "Case Type" section of the notices it should say:

• I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
• I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
• I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
• I-131, Application for Travel Document

Which of the above notices have you not received yet?
