My brother applied I130/F4 on 28 April 2005 and payment confirmation receipt receive 4th of May 2004,Four years later in 2008 I got married and had updated my marriage certificate to USCIS. After that they contact us through a letter in which they mentioned they need some additional evidence regarding relationship with my brother (Petitioner) this issue was resolved by providing some documents proof. Finally we got case approval letter from NVC on 4th Oct, 2013 with written priority date was 18 Nov, 2010 instead of ( 28th April 2005 i-e, application submission date)

Two week before I contacted with NVC and received a reply that confirm  they have priority date , 18, Nov, 2010  in their system. ( instead of 28 , April 2005 )

How this issue will resolve ?

What should we do now?😞

How much time required to solve this issue?

Should we hire a lawyer for removal of  is mistake ?

Plz Help me.
