The PDF was posted almost two weeks ago. Don't I get a paper version as well?

If you have not, you should sign up USPS Informed delivery service.  It will give you daily update letting you know the mail going to deliver to your mailbox.

Well, it's Saturday now. Still haven't gotten one.

I just wonder if at the interview they're going to ask why I have the PDF version printed out instead of the official one they mailed. I know they print those on different paper and they often have something printed on the back as well.

Well, it's been 3 weeks now. I signed up for that USPS Informed Delivery thing. They don't show any incoming letters either.

Weird. I guess I'll just have to use the PDF.

Hmm, it probably was never sent because of the government shutdown.

Unlikely.  USCIS is fee funded and not impacted by shutdown.   My husband got his oath ceremony letter during the shutdown.  Murphy's Law will be that you get the letter after the date you need it. :P
