PDF files are Adobe Acrobat files, so you will need to download that programme from the Internet (free) if you don't already have it on your computer.

PDF stands for Portable Document Format and is used quite a lot these days.

There are PDF documents in the downloads section of this site, and also the USCIS website.

Hope that helps ^_^

Michelle,

if your just visiting Net cafe,just check with the person-incharge if the computer your using has Adobe program. Feeling ko naman meron yun kasi Adboe is most commonly used. THen click DOWNLOAD it, fill-up the application form and print it. Its bettr to save the filled-up file in your USB or any disk so u will have a back-up file.

if you have your own computer. Check your programs if you have adobe, if you dont have it. Then you need to ask assistance in any of your friends there who can load the program for you.

hope this help..

CFO-> http://www.cfo.gov.ph/fs_manila.htm

CFO Guidance and Counseling Flow chart -> http://www.cfo.gov.ph/GCflowchart.pdf

CFO Information sheet (that you will fill-out at CFO) -> http://www.cfo.gov.ph/overseasbasedemigrantform.pdf

Actually you don't need to download and print the form on-line. You will be given a form at CFO. For the Counseling and seminar (either in Cebu or Manila-> for Manila you can go to PRISM), they have a different form and when you already have your visa-> you will go to the other CFO office (Manila- Quirino Avenue) -> here they have the same on-line forms to fill-up.

Hope this helps!
