Hope everyone is in good health. Well its been 3 days my brother petition package (I-130) delivered to uscis and form g-1145 also included but still no email. Is it normal? Because they said they send email within 24 hours. Another thing is package delivery time left me little worried. According to tracking(usps) delivery time was 5:22am. Is there any post office in Chicago open that early? Even uscis not open until 9 i think. Does anybody here had similar issue before.Help me out please

Yes. Has the check been cashed? Or if credit card was used, does it appear on the online statement? If not yet, then still wait a couple of days.

Yes, that's normal.
