I was there for Halloween (All Saints day) time frame, I ended back in Manila for the last few days and people were going to the North and South Cemetery in droves, I was transferring hotels from Ermita to Makita area via Grab, and must have ran next to the tracks for about 5 minutes, the train laid on the horn at all times and it was around 6 to 7 pm time frame. You could hear the old train clacking and making so much noise pollution.

It was the loudest horn and he just kept blasting it, and add the noise of the train which sounded like it was about to fall apart it was chaos.  I have found a YouTube video, What major chaos, I suspect they are all squatters living beside the tracks.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.
