This is for form i-130, questions 46a-46d - Questions about Beneficiary's Entry Information.

46a: He or she arrived as a (Class of Admission):
My question: Does the class of admission refer to my immigration status upon arrival (F1) or to my current immigration status (H1B)?

46d: Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on form i-94, or form i-95 or type/print D/S for duration of status.
My question:
Similarly, does the date of authorized stay refer to my date of authorized stay upon arrival (D/S, as shown in my i-94) or to my current date of authorized stay (MM/DD/YYYY, as shown in my i-797)?

Thank you!

Class of admission is what is shown on the i94. Then it is f1 in your case.

In the form, I remember it asks if your status has changed. Put h1b there.
