NVC PROCESS FOR F2A

I applied for F2A visa for my wife(thailand).

1-130 is approved on 09/18

NVC have not yet sent a welcome letter since then. (Today date: November 3, 2018)

I wonder if anyone experiencing seem like? Please share with me if you are around the same period of app. Thank you.

Timeline

Have you received anything yet? It takes NVC up to 8 weeks after they receive your case, so even though your approval is September, they (NVC) may not have received it until the end of October (you can call and ask what date they received your case and if they have a case number ready). If no case number is ready then wait until the 8 weeks is up and contact again if you still have not received anything (from what I understand the Welcome Letter is an email).
