Hello,

 

Thank you to everyone for the help you've all provided on this forum. It certainly makes things a lot easier for us.

 

I have a question regarding form I-130A and the employment history part. I have been in the US working on two consecutive O1 visas. I list myself as self employed on taxes and received mainly 1099s. There is the odd case of a contract employer issuing a W2. I'm assuming that listing myself as self employed and my field as acceptable however should I be including work contracts that issued a W2 as separate employers and list them all?
