Married after applied for n400, waiting Oath letter

Hi - I was single when I applied for n400 and after two months I got married oversea.

 

Everything went smooth with the process. At the interview, I told IO I’m married now. He asked for bio data and updated n400. It was approved next day online status

 

me and my brother had interview together and approved Oath ceremony. He got his letter few days ago on Oath date  and I didn’t. Should I be worried? Because he had no changes to his n400 and I did. Is this why I haven’t received my letter?
