i-130 for Mother of USC

Hi Guys,

Need some information to file i-130 for my mother by my Brother who is a USC.

1) My Father died 4 years ago so in Spouse should I enter NA or provide my deceased father detail?

2) And should I enter detail of my father in information about beneficiary’s family?

3) My mother is a house wife so should I mention unemployed in name of current employer or should I entry NA as she is a house wife and never worked?

4) Supporting documents required are my brother naturalization certificate along with his birth certificate that show my mother name  ?
