Can I use the i-130 on USCIS website?

I dont know if any of you guys have noticed that the form i-130 says it expires on 7/31/2018 ???? Can we still use it?

Here's what other's said to the same question:

 

"That date is the expiration of the comment period to the Office of Management and Budget, the form itself will not expire and can be used."

"The expiry dates are for internal USCIS use only. If the form you submit is the valid version (as per the instructions on the USCIS website) on the date your envelope is postmarked, you’re good. It won’t expire."
