Hi - just wondered if anyone has had any experience successfully paying the filing fee for the I-130 (filed at the Chicago Lockbox) with a non-US credit card, using form G-1450.

It seems like this should be no problem? But I keep seeing instructions saying to pay by check. Any advice?

Cheers,
Daniel.

The guides might be outdated in that regard; also its a relatively new policy: https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-expands-credit-card-payment-option-fees The official page lists Credit Cards as an option: https://www.uscis.gov/i-130

Your Input Is Appreciated On This VJ Guide Proposal:
