Hi everyone!

On July 23rd we received an email from NVC informing us that our case had been documentarily qualified and that we were to wait till the NVC scheduled an interview with me at my consulate (in Madrid, Spain). We haven't received any further contact from either NVC or the Consulate of Madrid so far. I used the Public enquiry form to ask about it ( https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/national-visa-center/nvc-contact-information.html  )and I got the following email:

The petition is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in , . When an interview appointment is scheduled, the petitioner, principal applicant, designated agent, and attorney of record (if applicable) will be notified.

I am a bit worried that the automated message didn't state the location of my embassy. I have researched online and other people getting similar emails always got the location of their embassy. Obviously I know where my embassy is, I'm just wondering if there is missing information in their systems and if that could be hindering my visa process.

Who should I contact for this?
