living will and power of attorney

i am going to apply for ROC since i feel we do not have sufficient evidence so i was thinking of adding power of attorney health care and financial and living will but i don't know much  about these documents and their significance so i was thinking of paying total zoom legal company for these documents now my question do i need to get these documents separately for me and for my wife like 6 letters and then submit to USCIS i mean there are 3 letters i want to make and add to my ROC power of attorney health care 2nd financial power of attorney 3rd living will

and do we need to submit copies of these documents to our primary care doctor or hospital as well?
