Visa Approved - CEAC Status Update says "ISSUED" but later changed to "READY"

Hello Guys,

I hope you can probs shed some light on my inquiry.. During our interview at the Embassy, the CO told us that he has issued us the visa and that the passport delivery would be between 5-10days.

Later that day, when we got home, i checked the CEAC website and the Status was "ISSUED".. however, after 2 days, the Status changed from "ISSUED" to "READY" with a description saying: Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section etc." We were already done with the interview and medical.. When i called the Embassy, they couldnt give me any answers. My husband and I are so lost at the moment. Is the CEAC website even accurate?

Apologies for the delayed response. Yes I am already here in the US. I got here Oct. 27, 2018.
