I 751 Part 8. Whose name to fill and sign?

I'm having trouble I 751 Part 8.

Anyone knows, whose name should write

left of  top(Part 8. Aaknowlegement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center) I      ,

 

understand that the purpos of uscis asc appointment is for me....

 

After I blank box, is it should be

Spouse(supponser) name or my(Applicant) name?

 

and signature's is Spouse(supponser)

or applicant?

Suggest that you ask yourself a couple of simple questions to assist you with your inquiry......

 

Who is petitioning to Removing the Conditions on Residence (ROC)?

 

Here is a hint -  The US citizen spouse shouldn't have to petition to ROC, they are already a citizen.

Those questions can be tricky.
