**Advice about petitioning my mom (from Philippines) to USA.

I got my US citizenship June 19th, 2018. And now I want to petition my mom (who's from the Philippines). So I need any advice on how to start this process.

1.How much will it cost for the application?
2.What type of Visa?
3.How much will it cost for medical exam for her?
4. Time frame. How long it take for her to be here? How long is the process?
5. Since my mom is not fluent in english, can my sister be the translator? Or us embassy has their own translator?

Please add more info in case i forgot some things.
Some of my questions might be irrelevant but any advice is greatly appreciated. We're starting from step 1 and figuring things out. Thank you!

Hi there! I filed my petition for my mom last March 2018 and it got approved August 31 Texas Service Center. The processing time it depends on how fast or the workload of the service center where you will send the petition. The link below is the USCIS website where you can learn what to do and how to petition your parents.

I think US Embassy around the world provide interpreter. I told my mom that if she need an interpreter she can ask. But she said she will be fine. Im on the NVC step waiting for their email or letter confirmation for my petition. USCIS just sent my case to NVC last Monday.
