I am looking at the I-129F form for the first time.

So, over the last five years I never really had a permanent address until 2015. When I came to my college in Lincoln, Nebraska, I cannot remember what I had for my permanent address. I lived in the dorm, but I cannot recall what I had on my ID.

She has moved at least 4 times in the last four years herself.

What can I do to make sure that I will end up putting the correct information on there so that I do not get the forms sent back to me?
