I've got a query on behalf of my spouse, reqarding birth certificate - secondary evidence. Our case is currently pending due to missing initial evidence. USCIS requires a birth certificate from my wife. We are both Cambodian, however my wife was born in Thailand's refugee camps and there was no birth certificate issued during the 1980s.due to Khmer Rouge invasion. She is currently an Australian citizen and we would like to know if anyone can help us or advise us on the best way to obtain this doc. Much appreciated.
