Hey All!

I was hoping anyone may be able to help me out with a query regarding the police certificate.

I'm still a way off from the interview stage but wanted to get everything in order... including the police certificate. Obviously, as we all know, this process takes a fair bit of time! In the time between having the police certificate issued, and the eventual interview, I will have moved address. This means that the address on the police certificate will be different to the eventual one I list on the DS-160... does this matter? My Passport information which is listed on the police certificate will be the same and will not have changed, and the date on the police certificate itself will still be valid by the time the embassy interview comes around (hopefully!).

If anyone has any advice, or has gone through something similar, that would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

You will be fine. Nothing to worry about. When I apply my police certificate, I use address that is stated in my passport. Then before the interview, I move to New place and use the new address in my DS-160 form. No issue with that. :)
