he yall i have a question.. some of u know that i came back to germany in march cuz we didnt have insurance in VA.. i was in munich yesterday to report damion's birth and the guy from the embassy said i should make sure to come back until my 2 year GC expires (june 8th..) if not then i have lots of problems to re-enter the US.. but here is my problem.. he said i should have damion's report of birth within 3-5 days and his passport should come between may 20-25th.. so would u go ahead a book a flight (which are expensive) or would u wait till u have the passort.. all the paperwork is done and ready to send of as soon as we are in VA.. do u think there is a problem if i send it all away 1 week before my card expires.. we gonna send it overnight with usps..

You do not have to be in the US to file to remove conditions..... you can file it at any point after the 90 day window opens.... can you file it now??? you could have your NOA extending your greencard sent to the embassy for you to collect.... check out the instruction that come with the form....

You still have a permenat home in the US... right? so you file using that address.... you have not given up your LPR status have you??? you just went home to have a baby....

So file using your US address... got the NOA extension letter forwarded to you and you will have no issues...

If you are just on Vaccation then why would you not file to remove conditions on time.... you must file before your Greencard expires or you will have major problems.... being on vaccation is not going to be an acceptable reason for late filing.....

You need to get this done ASAP....
