Hello all,

I (the petitioner) am gathering my financial documents for my fiance's K1. Along with my affidavit of support (I-134) form, I was going to submit my tax documents from the last 3 years, a letter from my employer as proof of employment and recent pay stubs. How far back do I need to go for my pay stubs and is this enough to show proof of income? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Should I include W2's as well? Thank you.

You can but you really don't need to since the Transcript from the IRS are their favorite ones better than the tax returns you file. I sent 2 years Transcript and that was it, nothing else..
