My fiance received a refusal in Mumbai today stating they need a proof of relationship with petitioner includind intent to marry, and because he had previously lived in Australia l- a police report with finger prints.  He had submitted both a letter with intent to marry and police report too from Aussie n India both, but Aussie didnt have finger prints.  He needs that re done but he lives in India now- how can we get that? Help please. And if anyone knows what format of intent to marry is required at interview because the one we submitted they over looked. In the same time we get these docs together the I-129 f petition expires on July 6- so how do get an extension till i can get the other document together?
