I have different name on my passport and marriage certificate in the last name only so I will give you an example(not real names) to understand my issue.

- In birth certificate my name is Srini Abjer Aldi
- In marriage certificate my names is Srini Abjer Aldi
- In the passport is Srini Abjer Aldi Aldi

- in SS is Srini Aldi (first and last name only) I don't know if this is an issue or if they ask for SS in the interview ?
As you see different is middle name is Abjer Aldi in the passport which is compound middle and last name  and its Abjer every where (GC,DL and foreign marriage certificate)

Questions ?
1-I already mailed the N-400 but I don't know if I can fix it at interview if I find someone had same issue and how to fix it or should I leave as is?

2-what I should put in the current legal names in the N-400? I already submitted the passport names version( Srini Abjer Aldi Aldi) 5 years ago in GC forms(i-485 and G325A) because I thought the current legal names is what you have in the passport not the one in the birth certificate and I don't know if that will cause a problem if I put different legal name in N-400  ?

3-Are they will ask for original birth certificate If they see the discrepancies between my marriage certificate and passport ?I have a copy of my birth certificate and its hard to bring the original from
foreign country
I'm thinking about this issue every day since I mailed the application and start talking to my self about this issue and I don't know if I have to hire attorney to get advice about what I should do if I need to fix this issue or if I can fix this issue at interview. your advice is very much appreciated .
