About correcting I-130

Hello. Everyone!

I was realized one mistake about my I-130 from which I have already sent and got a case number.

My ex-husband sent I-130 form before, but our marriage was over while we were on the proccess. I decided to take 'withdrowal' and sent a letter. I am not sure what process it had been taken, maybe at NVC

I don't remeber my case number, and where it was filed.

Then, I got married after the divorce and my husband (American) sent I-130 form now. And now, I just saw the document's copy.

I found the question; '' Has any one else ever filed a petiton for the beneficiary?'' and he answered ''NO''.

Can we correct the answer after we sent the form?

Or Should we wait until the USCIS says something?

What if our petion were rejection... What if I couldn't get CR1 visa... I am sooooo concerned about this issue.  I need someone's opinion or advice...  Thank you.
