K1 packet 3/Interview for Saudi Arabia

Hello all,

 

My fiancé’s petition for his K1 just got approved about a week ago. I have a question. Once the embassy sends his packet 3 requirements, does he go ahead and schedule the interview & bring the documents with him to the interview? Or does he send packet 3 documents FIRST & then schedule? Not sure exactly where we can find this out right now. Thanks in advance.

When you have obtained all of the items which apply to you as noted above, you must mail in the DS-160 confirmation page(s) (and any eligible children applying for K-4 visas) and 2 photographs (5cmX5cm with background) page with a copy of your passport to:

I would only mail the DS-160, passport photos, and a copy of your passport.  I would bring everything else to the interview.

Hi im in saudi arabia too...still waiting for noa2..   How long it takes before. Your application approved.??

Last january..  Im waiting for noa2.. But i will go to philppines bu august...  Im worried about case no.  If they send it here so thats why im asking if i can change address before i go.

I did the same.. i am

leaving riyadh.. going on final exit to my home country.. i have already sended them letter to transfer my case to pakistan..

But someone told me that i cant change my address until noa2..  I can change only if the case is in NVC. When will u leave saudi?  Ill go also for exit bu august..  Where and how you change your address.  They send u email also?

Yes my petitioner wrote them letter.. and they also replied him.. they will change our address when they will Come

to our case..You can change your address before noa2 also.. if you want.. just call USCIS and then wrote them mail (letter) then they will change..! And tell

them what changes you are going to

make.. and i am

leaving tomorrow morning

So u change your address even you are still in saudi??  What embassy did u put when you are filling k1 application.  Saudi US embassy  o pakistan us embassy

Saudi embassy..! But he tell them to change and wrote it pakistan embassy.. i have a paper of final exit its a prove to show them..!

Just we have to a citizen.. where we are going to give our interview or a permanent resident thats it..!

In my case we put philippine us embassy not saudi us embassy.  But i knew lots of k1 visa cases same situation but they stil send the case no.  To the country whenthey filed.
