Hi, just wanted to ask for opinion about the envelope. I'm going to mail my RFE requirements soon and it doesn't fit on the envelope they sent me. I'm going to mail either priority mail or overnight on UPS or Fedex. The envelope has a red bar code at the bottom. Should I attach that on the priority box  or xerox and put on top of the priority box? Then attached the original envelope on top of the cover letter with other documents?
