who receive approval notice from the uscis in email . me i know what is the discription, because our papers was been pending in the uscis the reason of undiliverable about address , it was approved by the uscis. 12-13-06, then we receieve approval notice 4-27-07. so do u think was approved 12-13-06, forward to NVC at that date, just confused why until they dont have record from our papers.

04/08/2013 received NOA1 1-130 FOR PARENT
