Wrong name of receipts

Anyone got receipts with wrong name? If yes, please respond to me as soon as possible. I will appreciate any help.

What receipts are you referring to? Do you mean NOAs?

On receipt, FP appointment and USCIS online account. They have messed it up. Not sure what to do. I will appreciate any help and guidance.

My friend do you know if someone has tried this and USCIS has corrected their name? I am reading online that this has not worked.

If it doesn't work then you will just fix it at the interview.  It's not a big deal

It's a big deal as they do background and name check based on that.That is why I am really worried. All the information was correct on the paper form when we submitted.

I was told that the background check is actually based on the information they already have in the system for you - that's what the biometrics appointment is for, to verify that it's really you against the fingerprints scanned during the GC process. So if they got your name right in the past, the name check should be processed correctly.   If you're worried about being turned away at the biometrics appointment (unlikely as they use your Green Card to ID you) and you don't want to rely on the online form you can either call USCIS and ask them to correct your name or make an infopass appointment and do it in person.  Otherwise you can ask for it to be updated at your biometrics appointment and then double check that it is correct with your case officer at the interview.
