Has anyone actually sent any messages to the immigration service officers using the "Messages" feauture on your USCIS online account? I'm not sure how fast they will respond.

They replied within one day but, the reply was just not helpful.  It was more like their standard reply that was cut and pasted.  Just that, the dates and the numbers were plugged in.  Also, neither did a call to the USCIS office help. 

My case was, I had finished the biometrics on the 19th March and the status was updated saying, they had received my biometrics and they were reviewing it and I need not do anything till they get back to me.  But, last week, I received another biometrics notice for the 30th April.  I wrote to them through my a/c and got a standard reply.  Called them up and they said, they did not have any info on this and it was better that I go next week.

I got the standard cut & paste reply too.  I sent them another message and referred my first message (included the service number or whatever they called it)  and they actually called me.  Unfortunately I didn't answer because I assumed it was a telemarketer but they left a voicemail and a contact number to call.
