hi,

Our case has recently been forwaded from NVC to morocco, & we are at the stage of gathering the supporting evidence that goes along with I-134.

since taxes for 2004 & 2005 have just been sent out  , transcripts wont be available untill MAY!!! So,Is it possible to submit the W-2 instead of the transcripts?? & if not, can we use all the paperwork filed for taxes (since trancript is just the highlighted parts of what one sends).

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Morocco requires 3 years of tax returns and W2s at the interview, as stated in the interview letter that your fiance will receive from the consulate.

I included IRS transcripts for 2002 and 2004, but I, like you, had not filed for 2003. Instead I submitted a copy of the return itself. I also included W2s for ALL three years, as instructed by the consulate.

At the interview, my fiance was never asked for any of the tax records though. I believe the interviewing officer only briefly looked at the I-134.

Umm, I just got my 2005 tax transcript in the mail... I didn't have to wait until May. If you've been paid your return already for this year, you should have no problem in getting your transcript.

Time for the Visa

Dec 20, 2005 - NOA1 Notice Date

Dec 27, 2005 - NOA1 Rcv'd in Mail

Mar 10, 2006 - NOA2 Approved

Mar 23, 2006 - NVC Received Packet

Mar 24, 2006 - Case Forwarded to London Embassy

Apr 7, 2006 - Recieved Packet 3

May 11, 2006 - Packet 3 Sent Back

May 24, 2006 - Medical Appointment
