DS-3025 - Flu shot marked code A not age appropriate

We received a copy of our DS-3025 from our K1 visa medical exam. The exam took place at the end of March, between Oct-March (flu season), and the exam is marked complete, but the flu column is marked waiver code A (not age appropriate). The applicant is 29 years old. Does this seem like it’ll be an issue/RFE worthy when filing AOS? Never seen the flu shot marked code A for not age appropriate.

 

I read that if an officer picks your case up out of flu season it’ll be ok, but when we file later this month it’s possible our case will looked during flu season as there’s a very long wait at our local office?
