Confused about NVC process

Hi, my case arrived at the NVC earlier this week, and I was given an NVC case number.

 

When I entered my case number in the ceac website for teaching, it told me to perform 6 steps for processing the case.

 

In looking at these steps, it told me I may have to wait 3 weeks after selecting an agent, 1 week to process payment, etc..

 

However, when I look at similar timelines on this site, it shows cases leaving the NVC about a week after it arrived.

 

Why am I seeing possible delays over a month, while others are in an out?

You goes as the Ceac site allows you. Choose your agent when you can then pay the fees, submint your documents and fill out DS260.

My nvc stage took me two months so its irrelevant because you have to wait that your pd is current for an interview...
