I got N-14 for child support. My child was born and living in the other country, I am not married to my child's mother and I don't have any court order for child support. Still, from pregnancy up to this month, total of 10 years, I am sending money to my child and I have all the copy of my remittances. Now, they refused to give me a notarized letter for child support. The mother of my child told to the grandma who is the guardian now, since the mother left, not to give me the letter. She appears to hate me just because I did not pursue her, instead I focus just on our child. She also thinks that I will take our child when I get my citizenship. So what I did, I attached a screenshot for pick up money confirmations, texts from the guardian asking money and updates about my child, and all the copy of remittances for 10 years and package. I also attached the mother of my child's messages with hate messages, cursing and telling me that I could not take away our child from them. I also write a letter of explanation why I don't have the letter and explain the situation. Do you think officer will consider the alternative documents in the absence of notarized letter? Please give your thoughts. THANK YOU!
