If you filed N-400 while your I-751 was outstanding, shouldn't your I-751 have gone to the NBC?

Just got my 3rd transfer this week.. However due to an inquiry that I put in March 2018, I got a response saying they can't give me a timeline of when my case will be processed. The good thing about it, is that it came from Seattle and not California. So my case is for sure at my local office.

When you dial the USCIS automated case checking number, does it say '...transferred to our office in Seattle'?

No. It does say transfer but doesn't say where. The response I got was via email which had a tukwila WA address instead of my last one which came from CA.
