Need help on I -130

Good Afternoon, I need to filed again I-130 after 10 yrs ban for my husband. and is been waiting in Mexico. Been married 22 yrs. Getting ready to start the process again. I believe my previous I-130 is not alive. I haven't checked since 03/2010. I don't want to hire an attorney to process my I-130 need to save money for the waiver. What is the different between I-130 and I-130A? how do I know which one to file? and is there another form I need to file with I-130? PLEASE HELP WHAT DO I DO NEXT!!!
