Does anyone have info on a declaration of how we met letter? Maybe a sample?

Literally it's just a statement or small paragraph depending how in depth you want to get.

Can put  in the "How we met" box, just put "See attachment #**".

We just put a brief paragraph about how we initially met online, then explained when we met in person the first time with dates and all.

That's all they need really.

Depending on where/what site or whatever you may need to prove to them the site wasn't a marriage broker; but if it's just a standard known website not generally an issue.
