So I called the USCIS helpline and the basic customer service person gave me to a tier 1 but not sure if he was a tier 1 because he didn't say so.

Then he said i have no pending request for additional info (super happy) and that if i don't get my letter saying something (A.)if i was either approved or (B). denied that i should call back.

Does anyone know how i should tackle this? i want to call back and get a tier 2 but do i come right out and ask for a tier 2?

Right, your NOA1 is August 24. Right now, they are currently processing August cases.

You are right where you are supposed to be.

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between March 5, 2018 and March 11, 2018*. "
