Hi, I am the principal applicant and I am now in the US for almost 3 years. I decided to bring my sons as my accompanies here. i filled up their DS-260 already but Im confused with the petitioner question. I wrote my name in there as the petitioner as their mother. Did I do it right? Or the petitioner is still my father? and when should i pay for the visa fee?

are you a USC?  If not,  your husband should petition them  /  either way you will need to prove the father will allow them to move to the US

VJ knowing what country and embassy helps as each country has its rules

Are these sons listed as your children on the origianl application?
