Hi,

 

My husband is a US citizen and I am in the UK. I got an email which asked me to fill in the DS-261, to assign an agent. I did this. I was then CCed into an email to my husband, which requests he do the same, and pays the AOS fee. Does he also need to assign an agent, or does the DS-261 just need to be filled in once per application? 

 

I've looked through the forum but not found any answers about this!

Since you both are nor using a lawyer,your husband(the petitioner)is the agent
