Hi all,

So we are on the process of submitting our Form i751/ ROC and started collecting evidences, do you guys think this is a good list for approval?

Any suggestions are welcome. Thank You.

- Lease aggrement to out apartment

-  copies of our DL

- copy of my wifes GC

- utility bills ( Time warner — this is the only one that we have both are names on it?)

- voided check with both our name. ( do we need to submit used checks?? , like the one we use to pay our rent)

-birth certificate of our daughter, baptisimal certifcate of our child and medical records on birth (both our names appears on these documents)

-joint checkings and saving accounts ( should we print 2 years worth of statements???)

- documents from chase, costco and city  bank stating that she is an authorized user of our credit card

- tax transcript  filed jointly for 2015,2016,2017 ( we printed the transcript online, is that okay?) and do we need to also submit tax returns or w2’s??

-Life insurance stating her as my beneficiary

- Health insurance stating her and my kid as beneficiaries

- copy of our Kaiser health cards

- Dental insurance with her and my daughter as included in the plan

- Photos ( xmas, new year, vegas trip, etc)

And also do we need to send her pay stubs just to show that her income is being deposited to our joint checking account?? Or that’ s needed as long as both of your names are on the statements??

Thanks for anyone who looks at this.

Appreciate it a lot.

This sounds great. I only sent in probably half of what you mentioned and got approved without RFE.

It’s always good to be over-prepared, but in my case I only included 6 months of credit card statements.

Also, you mentioned DL, so maybe include car insurance?

Unfortunately , I am unable to add her on my car insurance policy. So she got her own.
