is there any visa (immigrant or non immigrant) issued for dual nationality (one nationality from the countries in the travel ban) recently (after 8 December 2017)?

if yes which type?

how is your interview? Did the officer ask you about job offer?

interview was simple because I  had a job offer. but  they want to do more background check because of my dual nationality.

CO asked:

 

1-where were you from age 16 --> to check all police certificate

2- what is your highest degree

3- what did you do in the last 10 years?

4- why you choose this company xxx  to work in USA?

 

from my wife:

1- where wre you from age 16?

2- what are you doing in your current job?

3- what is your plan in USA (work or....)

 

that's it. very simple.

They still need to check your background eventhough you submitted police certificates. Did they tell you how long does it take until you can get through it?
