I had my interview marriage based here in US . The officer told me you should expect your green card from 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 16 weeks now nothing changed . My wife checked our form 130 ,we have  been informed that our case is still pending adjudication. Who go through this experience ?When do I expect to hear something? I s that a dark tunnel ? My PD is 6/9/2017

Yes but from what visa - tourist, work, student or K1 visa? it makes a difference.
