Prelude

  1. After 14 years, I received the petition approval letter that was sent by NVC (National Visa Center), a filing that was done by my sister two decades ago.
  2. It took 14 years for me to visit my sister in the US surprisingly to receive a copy of my approval letter that was sent to both of us. I personally did not receive those documents from NVC since I had moved several times and almost forgot about it amidst my life situations.

Question

Now that I have received a copy of the NVC approval with a Case Number, what do I need to do? I have not received any instructions' mail from NVC

When I now search my case number on the CEAC website it still shows valid, and I am notified to simply follow the instructions sent to me. But I never received those instructions since my address had changed several times and I never followed up do to life's situations. What do I need to do? My sister had paid the affidavit fee $65 back then, but she have lost the invoice number. Now what?

Thanks
