I-601/I-212 follow-up interview complete, how long until passport/visa ready for pickup

Hello my I-212/i-601 waiver was approved. I went for my follow up interview at the US Ghana Embassy on January 8th 2018. Interview went well and I submitted all necessary docs. After interview, consulate told me to wait for a few weeks to pick up my passport/visa at DHL center and that I would get a txt message or email notification when is ready for pickup. My issue is, my status at the CEAC site still shows refused and case latest updated status still shows January 8th. 

How long will it take for my status at Ceac site to change to Issued??
